Activities

We help local councils and other organisations understand digital exclusion, design services that tackle it, and deliver them on the ground. Whether you need a strategy, a programme designed from scratch, or a partner to run it with you, TechResort can help.

Digital exclusion is now recognised as a major issue in our communities — but it’s hard to know where to start, or deliver something that works.

We can help with consultancy expertise and hands-on delivery. We’ve supported well over 3000 people to build their digital skills in recent years, working directly with service-users — from older residents, to socially excluded groups, to people who simply need help navigating essential digital services.

Frontline experience shapes everything we do. We see the patterns of exclusion first-hand, and we’ve developed proven ways to overcome them. We then use that insight to help councils and third-sector organisations design their own digital inclusion services — and, where it’s useful, to deliver them too.
